Get It! is a 12-week program focused on achieving your goals. This program uses yoga, movement, strength training, aromatherapy, meditation, and coaching to achieve weight loss and a healthier mind and body. This program targets your energy meridians to support you with meeting your intentions. You will have access to the Get It! program content each week which includes live and recorded classes, meditations, journal prompts, lectures, a one hour 1-on-1 coaching session, and access to the Get It!
